The internet culture is so similar to offline culture - people talking about others. It&#039;s just that now we get to eavesdrop in those conversations, and that can be of service to brands as much as to customers. I hope to inspire strong brands they have nothing to fear and lots to gain, and to weak brands? Customers love helping you, if you only will ask.</description>
